WAGES: Laborers are paid using a scale based on aptitude and skill.
LOCATION: Job site locations vary, and many are outside of the Lewistown area, with some being out of state. Travel is required, and all job-related travel expenses are paid for by employer, as well as perdiem pay.

DAYS/HOURS: Days worked are Monday-Friday if schedule is 8-hour days. Days worked are Monday-Thursday if schedule is 10-hour days. When traveling, and often in the summer, workdays are typically ten hours so that employees can have Friday-Sundays off.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age as required by Montana State Law. Must be reliable and hardworking. Required to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 120 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel in a repetitive motion; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, including working on hands and knees for extended periods of time. Work in high, precarious places such as scaffolding, ladders and rooftops. Work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat or cold. The noise level in the work environment can be very loud. A Laborer is required to complete work safely, with quality, and within productivity specifications as directed by the foreman or superintendent. Attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy are a required.
DUTIES: A Laborer must be able to support the skilled tradesmen positions by performing a variety of general labor tasks. Including: Prepare and clean job sites; Cut materials to specified sizes for installation; Using power tools including drills, grinders, saws and other varied tools; Construction of scaffolding or other installation structures; Stock materials; Maintain and keep clean the equipment used by the Laborer; Clean working surfaces and perform site maintenance and cleanup; Other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent. Must observe all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions. Employer is willing to train the right individual. Must be able to follow instructions precisely, and work independently as well as with others, in an organized manner.
TOOLS REQUIRED: A small list of tools required to be purchased by employee will be given upon hire.
