-Qualified applicants should must be proficient in the construction of concrete applications and possess a fundamental knowledge of grade control.
-Must have own hand tools and boots.
-The finisher must have knowledge of equipment/tools and their uses. The finisher is also responsible for the efficient working condition of the tools/equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance as needed and refer major problems to the supervisor.
-Display an uncompromising focus on safety by properly following company policies and all regulations for safe working procedures and protection of the environment.
-Building and Construction knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, sidewalks, driveways, or other structures.
-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
-Must be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
-Must require minimal supervision.
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
-Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
-Valid Driver’s License required.
-Completion of grade 12 or equivalent preferred.
-Must be 18 years of age.

-Bracing forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them, using bubble leveler, boards, nails and hammer. Measure distances between columns using taper measure or laser sighting. that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them.
-Check forms that hold the concrete to see that they are properly constructed.
-Spread, level, and smooth concrete, using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float.
-Finish concrete surfaces.
-Top off, screed or float the top of wall with necessary tools as required.
-Spread concrete or other aggregate mixtures.
-Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process.
-Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles.
-Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
-Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation.
-Directly supervise laborers and who use shovels or special tools to spread it.
-Perform general labor duties when necessary.
